I've known a girl for about 7 years. A few years ago, she knew I liked her, but she didn't like me and nothing happened. In between, I went out with one of her friends, and she went out with one of mine. Both relationships ended about a year ago. I recently moved away, and she came to visit me for lunch. I ended up playing around and kissed her, she kissed back, and then we kissed for about 20 minutes! After, she said that she enjoyed it, but needed time to think about things. I said to her after that she should come and see me again and see what happens, or never talk about what happened again! I haven't really heard from her, is there something I could say without making anything bad?

Well. Maybe you should take the initiative and call her first. Or even better would be to go and visit her. It'll be kinda like returning the favor. At first act like it never happened. Talk casually about anything. Then when there's one of those breaks in the conversation, ask what she sees your relationship to be in the future. If you are up to it, tell her how you see your relationship. If it's getting to awkward, don't press the issue. Just change the subject. It's better to remain friends than to never speak to each other again.

you should send her an e-mail greeting or give her a friendly call not mentioning what happened. Maybe she is busy and you are reading too much into it.

Fantastic! I'm sure you can just speak to her normally, and let one thing lead to another... if it goes that way, it goes that way!

She's just thinking things through.
You didn't do anything wrong...
Just give her time.
