If Sissy and Jimmie are the nicknames for the actual names of Cecilla and James, then the names are fine.
If you are thinking of using Sissy as a first name, I'd say no - and as for the Jimmie James, it's too repetitive.

Cecilla Banks and James Banks sound good but I don't like the nick name Sissy, and I've never understood how people get Jimmie out of James.

To tell you the truth ,the only name I like here is James.(Jimmie is short for James so do not go together.)Putting Sissy Cecilla together is not good either.Don't forget your child has to live with the names you choose.Hopefully you come up with a better choice of names.

You may want to watch Sissy Cecilla. When a name contains so many letters with the same sound it doesn't roll off the tongue very well. I named my little girl Halle Lynn, and I never use her middle name for this reason. I only use her first and last name. To help, when you find a name that you like, say it fast and loud. How easy is it to say like this??? Good Luck and God Bless!

I'm not too fond of the name "Sissy" but I do like Cecilla.... Jimmie James reminds me of the boss on News Radio so that would be a "no" too.

I like the name Cecilla on its own (and not including Sissy)

Jummie James sounds like a hick name.

Eh... Sissy is horrible. Why would you go with Jimmie James? That is awefully redundant, as is Sissy Cecilla really. I'd keep looking...

Sissy is actually a nickname for Cecilia. Jimmie James is no different. Stupid choices, IMHO.
