I give a swift nudge in the side, that stops it long enough for me to fall asleep.....

when people snore its not so much a type of problem that can be cured easily, i think some people actually SUFFER from snoring.. There probably isnt anything that would stop his snoring but if u want to be caring about it u could rub him.. like his back or chest and hell know once he gets that rub that he snores..either itll just become natural for him to snore less.. or hell not like being woken up so hell work at sleeping in better positions so he doesnt snore or hell just roll over and go back to sleep which gives u some temporary peace n quiet every now n then

My hubby works 16 hrs a day and works hard soooo when he is really really tired he snores like a buzz saw! I use to try to roll him over or jab him in the ribs but now I just get out of bed and sleep on the couch! Sometimes those Breath Right strips help him- other times not! So if it doesnt I just let him sleep- I know he needs it for the day ahead so I just go snooze on the couch

I can tell you about my dad. We all sleep upstairs and some nights he snores so loud I can hear from my room with the door shut. I go into his room, and close his nose, then he cant breath and stops it for a bit. Sometimes I hit his stomach or put a pillow over his head.

His snoring doesn't bother me @ all-- it's like purring to my ears ;-)
On the other paw, I snored when I was a bit overweight & was *very* embarrassed to be told of this.

i can't sleep w/someone who is snoring really loudy. i know i snore, my bf says it doesn't bother him tho... its a good thing. but if he starts to snore, i punch him really hard in the middle of his back and he stops.... and never wakes up. i think it kinda knocks the air out of him.

Can't handle it at all - HAVE to get my sleep so I can work - I'll get up and move to another room before I put up with it.

Small kick to the shin under the covers. That and I make a loud noise to wake em up and quickly pretend to sleep.

I can bear it as long as I go to sleep first. I just nudge him a little or flip flop in the bed to make him move. I think he does the same with me. Give and take right???
