How do you know she was ovualting? A 16 year old's cycle is not always standard. There are no telling what her exaact chances are. It depends on her and any medical issues she may or may not have. I wasn't very careful my whole life and never got pregnant until I got married. Then both times I was off birth control, BOOM, I got pregnant. You can never really know a percentage on chances.

I think that its horrible that you want to ask a question and you are getting beat up for it. Who cares if it was you are your niece these people need to answer your question and not make fun of you because of it. The chances are there and thats if she is normal...your niece could try blood work if you want it done now but wait it out. Don't worry to much. Good Luck.

If she was in fact ovulating then her chances are very good that she's pregnant.... However, how do you know she was ovulating? Unless she was taking an ovulation predictor test there's really no sure fire way to tell.

If fertilized by a sperm, it may perform implantation there 6-12 days later. If not fertilized, it will be degraded in the fallopian tubes within 24 hours.

depends on the sperm. they tend to be unperdictable. She should have considered the morning after pill but its to late for that now. Just wait and see.
Good luck.

chances are high but all you can do right now is wait...and talk to her about the importance of using protection and what she will do if she is.

If you are an adult you should know how a reproductive system works. I doubt that it is your niece that you are asking about.
