My 9 month old daughter has tummy flu...?

docs said keep her on breastmilk and pediaylite...
its been 24hr can i give her solids?
what kind,thats eazy on the tummy?

Breast milk is best. As for solids, you can offer her small bits of whatever foods she likes - she'll let you know what she feels up to eating.

My son is 1 on Saturday and we just got over this little tummy flu. Diarrhea and vomitting. I gave him his formula and pedialyte and when he wasn't throwing up anymore, I gave him crackers, potatoes, anything with starch will help with the diarrhea.
