Besides the change to the law that allows US intelligence services to monitor an electronic communication with a known terrorist organization if one of the parties in in the US - no.
BTW - why do people regard it as such a big deal that they need a passport to cross a US border?

I am on your side but I do have one. Crossing Canada's border without a passport but who cares about that? Oh yeah, and carrying certain items on aircraft. Also, I have to worry about my phone being tapped if I call known terrorists overseas.

"Your phones can be tapped without reason" -
Not true - There is always a reason. It can be done without a warrant (a warrant is issued after the fact) if the communication might be between terrorists. You do not want to change this law. It is suicide you liberal nimrods.
"You email can be monitored without reason" -
Also not true but Clinton and Reno actually tried to do it with their Carnivore program
"Your bank information can be gotten without reason"
Not true - There has to be a reason which is commonly for large unusual purchase amounts that the government will compile financial information which has been the law for may decades for tax reasons. Or, if you are a known terrorist, terrorist supporter or funding criminal activity, they will establish a money trail.
"Your bank funds can be locked without reason"
True - This has been the case for decades too, long before the Patriot Act. If it can be demonstrated that you are funding a terrorist or criminal enterprise, they will lock you out of your resources as they should.
"Your sites you go to on the web can be monitored"
True - What site isn't monitored? Are they not designed for widespread public appeal? That is like saying your newspaper will be monitored. If that site is used to try to create a communication network between criminals and terrorists or incite crime, then it should be monitored.
"Your travel is monitored" -
Were you alive 9-11-2001?
"and the money your carry is monitored" -
Not true - You obviously never travel.
"You can be locked up without being charged for a crime" -
Partially True - If you are an enemy combatant, you do not have habeus corpus rights. Nor should you. If the USA were invaded tomorrow would we have to arrest and process every enemy soldier through our court system? Doesn't that seem like a stupid idea to you?
"just because you might have emailed someone and made yourself look suspicious."-
That is ridiculous...

Just off the top of my head in the order they occur to me...
- entering and exiting the US without a passport
- being able to travel interstate on train, plane, or bus without presenting ID papers (google/wikipedia John Gilmore for details)
- being subject to a "no fly list" at airports
- search and seizure of my conversations by phone if the other party is outside the US
- loss of absolute habeus corpus
- loss of absolute right to confront my accusers
- loss of absolute right to a trial in a civil court, not military tribunal

We have all lost the rights guaranteed by the fourth amendment.. The right to be from from unreasonable searches by government unless supported by warrants issued by a court because Bush has refused to get the warrants required by the constitution.

Your phones can be tapped without reason
You email can be monitored without reason
Your bank information can be gotten without reason
Your bank funds can be locked without reason
Your sites you go to on the web can be monitored
Your travel is monitored and the money your carry is monitored
you can be locked up without being charged for a crime just because you might have emailed someone and made yourself look suspicious.
will that do for a start?
