Most of the tylenol w/ codine pills will have the makers name and number on it call the pharmacy with the number and name and they should be able to help you . Some forms are in pill and have a 3 on them they are tylenol 3's. Be very careful if you are breastfeeding as they do show up in breast milk

Pills are usually white with a number 3 or 4 on them. #3's contain 30 mg of codeine, whereas #4's have 60 mg. They are a little smaller than the size of a dime.

White pill with a 3 on one side, which I believe has to do with the strength of the codeine.
