I'm a fairly seasoned WoW player, and would like to have something WoW-related that I can read at bedtime. Ideally, something free that I can print from the Internet. I don't care about the details of what it's about, as long as it's about WoW. Maps, strategies, history, etc are all good. As an example of what I'm looking for, I've read the manual cover-to-cover probably 5 times looking for some tidbit of (basic) info that I didn't know.

Any ideas? I suppose URLs here are essential. Oh, and if a nice, long document can be printed in one stab, that's a bonus.

The previous poster covered the best spots for free material.

I also agree that the books are good source of reading as well. They are approved by Blizzard and follow their lore. I personally recommend the World of Warcraft archive. It has 4 stories in it, the best of which is the story of Thrall. You can even get it used on Amazon if you like, but you'll be glad you paid for it.

Try http://www.wowwiki.com - they have info about the game, quests, reputation lines, history, etc. in the style of wikipedia.

The official site has some history you could look at - http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/story/index.html - and since it comes straight from the official site, you know it's good and accurate (although they admit to it being somewhat out of date). And it's pretty lengthy. You can highlight the text and tell your printer to just print the selected text, to avoid all the other stuff.

There are also novels and comic books available for purchase, as well as the strategy guides. (Those aren't free, but I thought I'd toss those into the mix.)
