My daughters father and I went to court in the beginning of Oct. for child support and visitations! 2 months later he is trying to take me back for a mediation because he is not happy with the visitations that he choose on his own!!!! He hasn't even paid a dime of child support! I do not want to agree on extra visitations because he doesn't even follow what he has now! He is supposed to pick her up at 8 am and doesn't come until 9 10 or even 11! Than he gets mad at me because she is not ready when he gets there! He is supposed to bring her back at 4 and he always brings her back at 430-5! Last week he let me take her on his day! he wanted to make up his day on tues. i agreed forgetting that i had to take her to an appointment. Im worried he will throw that in my face in court! I do not agree with the visitations but i feel like i have to agree on something because i dont want to go to court! I feel like if i do than he is going to get more time which he doesn't deserve! what can i do??

Let him take you back to court. A judge and/or a mediator is not going to change the agreement if he hasn't followed the previous order. Don't worry about forgetting she had an appt. It's not going to matter. Keep doing the same visitation routine and document everytime he is late or doesn't follow the order. If he takes you to mediation, decline the change and provide the documentation.
