I have never met her...Long Story. I wnat to have ideaas of the things I can do to show her how much I Love Her!!!!!! Something really special and I am open to hear your ideas.

Never met her eh? I would think sharing stories of each other's life would be the best place to start. Listening intently to her story would show her you love her & she'll most assuredly reciprocate in kind. Best of luck to you!

Since you have never met I think the best thing you can do is plan for lots of talking time. Make meals together. Snack and watch comedy movies. I think the idea with the pictures was nice too. Last but not least show her around your area. Take her to places that mean something to you. Show her your home and your amazing personality!

Take her to a park and have a picknik, go out and have a nice dinner or brunch or go to a funny movie.

well i think it will sounds lil stupid but i think u dont need to show anything ..or decoration! jus to show ur love for ur sis! is that never make her upset from ur side!! may be it will help her understand that how much u love her !( i mean take care of her dont do anything that she'll become upset ..etc.)

Having her visit is nice in itself,but maybe you can set aside some family photos to share with her.
I'm sure she would really appreciate it.
