Not bad; a little wordy, but not ungrammatical.

Slight edit:

"When a patient understands what medicine he should take and what habits he should change, he will heal faster and become healthier."

Those concerned about sexist language would be happier if this were rewritten in the plural:

"When patients understand what medicines they should take and what habits they should change, they will heal faster and become healthier."

When a patient understands what is required from him for example, the medicine he should take and the proper habits to adopt he will start to experience faster healing and a healthier lifestyle.

It looks ok, but I would write it like this.

When a patient understands what is required of him, what medicine he should take, and what habits he should change; this will help him to heal faster and become healthier.

I put a comma between (take) and (and), I added a semi-colon between (change) and (this), and I changed (from) to (of).
