Hand thrown. "Original" Anything but thin is tolerable. I like a medium crust so it doesn't overwhelm the toppings but it also has a lot of substance and flavor. Deep dish is too much.

I like it crispy. I hate soggy pizza sometimes I like thin, but it is crackery if its too thin and can't hold toppings but its helathier for you. I also like the cheese stuffed crust pizza

I like the ones with crust so crisp that it is like eating broken glass. If I wanted mush I would eat white bread instead.
