I think Norv Turner outweighs Rivers in this question. Rivers played very well last year and people were reayd to call him the next great QB. That was because Marty knew how to use LT to set up Rivers passing game. Norv has no idea what he is doing and therefore LT can't get off and, in conjunction, Rivers looks horrible.

Merrimam stopped doing the juice and he is just average now along with the rest of the team. They need a good blocking TE not a glorified receiver at TE to open up some holes for LT.

They have no continuity on offense.
Rivers needs to to distribute the ball to more players.
The teams needs to get more players involved offensively.
Norv is no cut out to be a head coach.
The play calling has become very predictable.
