and why dont you call her beautiful?
My husband and i have been together for over 6 years and i think my husband has called me beautiful maybe 3-5 times total!
I know im pretty (not being coincided) but why do guys not call there wives beautiful after being with them for so many years?

This is just from me. I find it hard to use words I'm not use to using on a regular basis. Beautiful isn't a word I use. If it's not a word he uses he might not say it. He may feel you're beautiful. If you make him say it or ask him to use words he's not comfortable with, he might not I know I wouldn't. I feel most men are like this, also when asked to say certain things that aren't normal to our vocabulary we resist.

Crap I must say it 10 time's a day or more as well as gorgeous, sexy, hot, pretty, you make me wild, man your beautiful, sexiest woman in the universe, best looking woman in the world. That doesn't even cover the times I say I love you and your the greatest thats got to be another 10-15times per day.
Really if your married compliment's are a key role in a successful marriage. I think your hubby is being an A ss I think you maybe need to tell him that it would be nice if he complimented you more often.
I think telling the person you are with how beautiful or sexy they are is very important what's better then getting a little self assurance from the one your married too.
I THINK IT IS DUE TIME TO ASK YOUR HUSBAND WHY HE NEVER COMPLIMENTS YOU.

My wife is the most beautiful woman in the world! Thats why I married her. I tell her every day if she's looking looking beautiful, sexy, or hot. i leave pretty for the flowers. we've been together 4 years and married for a year and a half. your guy is just dumb if he doesn't know that you need to hear that! you might have to educate him!

Maybe it's not in your husbands vocabulary to say the word beautiful. It does not change the way he feels about you.
He may like to call you other pet names like, sexy, darling, baby, sweetie, honey, etc. If he is still showing you love, affection, attention, he thinks you are beautiful and loves you.

My wife is beautiful and I tell her daily. The problem is that my wife has self-esteem issues that makes her not believe me even when I say it, so I am fighting a losing battle. I have gone so far as to point out when other men gauk at her and things like that. Still she doesn't believe it.

I call my wife beautiful sexy pretty all the time....she sometimes hates it but I call them as i see them!!! also you can add hot stuff, gorgeous, to the list!!!

maybe your husband doesn't feel he needs to verbally tell you. Does he make you feel good about yourself in otehr ways, physically maybe? Sometimes, actions speak louder than words.

Beautiful is not really a term I use for my wife.
More often reserved for sunsets and nature.
Pretty, on the other hand is one of my favorite terms.
