I bring my lunch to work only when I know I will be extremely busy that day. Otherwise, I always go home for lunch and eat with my dog. Doing so really relieves the daily stress and refreshes my mind.

Back in the day when I had a job I would bring my lunch everyday except for fridays. On fridays I went out for lunch. If I ate out everyday I'd probably weigh 800 lbs by now.

Most times at work- I go out to lunch BUT if I made something extra awesome the night before like a pot roast I will take a sandwhich to work cuz I make killer pot roast!!!!

Mostly everyday. I take whatever I made for dinner. I work nites. If I don't take dinner, I run over to Costco and grab something....most times I lose site of what I went there for and come out with everything else under the sun. :D

Normally I bring a lunch however I had no bread so I couldn't today. I guess I'll get take out....or just wait 5 more hours and make dinner at home....I'll prob starve to death first though. lol

I often bring my lunch... but not always. We order food in to the office from time to time, too.
