I was thinking about this as I flipped betwen the CFL divisional finals and NFL action yesterday. If you were to take either of this year's Grey Cup finalists - Winnipeg or Saskatchewan - plunk them on a field with this year's Dolphins, and play by CFL rules with three downs, a wider field, etc., what would you predict as the outcome?

I'm Canadian, but I think there's a huge talent disparity between the two leagues.

I don't think that the CFL team would win. This reminds me of the crap that people try to get going when there is a particularly talent laden dominant college team with multiple first rounders, people try to say that the college team would beat a terrible NFL team. It is nonsense, there is a reason that they are up in Canada making 30,000 a year while the league minimum in the NFL is like 500,000 and it is not because NFL teams are interested in saving money. And with the pressure on these guys to win in the NFL if there was a player who could help an NFL team he would be here. NFL players are the best of the best bar none.

I like the NFL (go REDSKINS) but the CFL is a way better game.... 3 downs- more of a passing game with bigger plays Bigger Field- make it so the running game is still there Play Clock- The CFL only has a 20 second huddle, by the time you do one play in the NFL you can do almost 3 in the CFL Over Time- In the NFL the OT might as well be who wins the coin toss wins the game, the CFL has both teams with 2 possessions Teams- The CFL is small, only 8 teams and all the teams have great history (some dating back to the 1860's), the CFL itself was formed in the 50's but the same teams were competing for the same championship for over 100 years, the teams also have more of a community feel, its the cities or provinces team, it isnt about money its about the game and its fans Dont get me wrong I love the NFL but the CFL is just a better game plus there's a team in my city.

No CFL team would have any chance of beating the worst NFL team in any given year. There's a reason CFL players are playing in the CFL and not the NFL - they are a notch below NFL'ers.

No disrespect intended, that's just the way things are.

A high scoring game, edge to the Dolphins in overtime. Do they have overtime up your way? However, if they use a Canadian football and play Canadian rules, as you suggest, I would have to go with Winnipeg or Saskatchewan by a Rouge.

Probably the CFL teams since they are playing by their rules, their typical settings, and against a horrendous team.

The CFL team would beat the Dolphins; why should they be any different from any other team?

CFL Sucks, it is more injury prone and more boring. Plus, Miami Dolphins players are good enough to be in NFL, not CFL.
