For me, November-March have to be the longest months of the year. No major league baseball. I have to check almost all media outlets to get even the latest free agent, trade talks and rumors, etc. I miss MLB. Opening day in Japan between the Redsox and A's is right around the corner right?

Yes I do. Baseball season also means it's summer. There is free-time all the time. And when 7:11 PM comes, i get to watch the White Sox play. i'm just excited for Spring training b/c then you know that the regular season is just less than a month away!

I have the Arizona Royals that play down the street. Then in spring, I get all the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers bumping into me at the devil, oops I meant Wal-Mart. Then, all year, I have to hear all the radio and tv stuff about baseball. Steroids this, multi-gazillion dollar contract that, so, no, I don't miss it.

Right now, the only thing i get anxious for is to see how off-season aquisitions are going to pan out for teams. During this time I usually watch football, so I am ok. Truthfully, I think spring training should not be televised, that is the most boring of all.

Yes I do. The sport should be year round. All of the stadiums should be domed. That would drive my wife crazy. She thinks I watch too much baseball now & I only get to catch a game on TV on the weekend!

i miss mlb but here in hawaii, baseball never ends! Here in hawaii we have hawaii winter baseball. Its a league for mlb farm players and consist of 4 teams. One player that played in this league is yanks pitcher joba chamberlain though i never got to watch him play. Im going to the championship game today so baseball is very much alive for me!

yeahh..i miss baseball too.
but, during the offseason, i like to watch football and now basketball kind of too because the celtics are soo good! =]
so yeah i would suggest finding another sport to watch
cuz when that sport ends, baseball starts right after it!
and it was good that the red sox won the world series because they're my favorite and it made the season longer

*Mike Lowell is re-signing with the Red Sox! =D

I'm in football mode right now, but I'll be ready for another season once the pitchers and catchers start reporting to spring training.

- A huge Orioles fan.
