The infinite Father-Mother God creates homoeomerous spirit-sparks, "lifestreams," in groups, "mandalas."
Each is fully cared for, instructed as to possible dangers regarding misuse of its developing faculties.
Jesus was addressing "Abba," "daddy;" He used this children's term in a most Loving way, indicating His inner child was Him growing in Grace, and the Way for all mankind.

Hello:
Well on the one hand at that point Abraham (the father of us all...which means in modern terms that person in the bible that is recognized by Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) would have been dead, but presumably not in heaven because Jesus was the one that reopened the gates of heaven.
Having said all that, he was referring to God the creator, who traditionally in the bible is a man (I was send by he who is called I am...so he would be called the Father.
I hope this helps.

Jesus was teaching "His followers" how to pray. That message was for them. God is the creator of everyone, but the father of just those who accept Him as so.

He was addressing God, because according to Christian belief, we are all sons and daughters of God, therefore, making him our father.
