Why deal with crowds to begin with? So everything is on sale.. they only thing you can really get for a deal in the store is clothes and food. Everything else is priced to MSRP to begin with. I like to shop online.. save gas, save time, save waiting in lines (traffic, check out, etc), and stuff is usually much cheaper online all year anyways. So you pay for a little shipping sometimes.. sometimes not even at all. If you do it right, you will not only save gas, but also the difference in marked up retail pricing as well.

Do comparison shopping next time. Go to best buy, circuit city, etc. and find something you want to buy. Note the original price and the sale price. Now try to find the product on one of your favorite online retailers (amazon, ebay, overstock, whatever, etc). Even with shipping, its almost always cheaper online. Some people enjoy the touchy-feely shopping environment, some people don't. I'm one of those people who feels like im drowning in a sea of people around the holidays, so for me the choice is clear. :)

Not me! I have a day off from work and I am going to relax! I refuse to spend my day dealing with traffic, crowds, and rude people so I can save ten bucks on a cr*ppy tv or something. People just end up spending more just because they can't pass up a "great" deal. It is all a marketing ploy, with the businesses benefitting the most, not the consumers. I will make a list and go on a Tuesday morning or something, a couple of weeks before xmas.

I don't like shopping any time, so definitely not on Black Friday.

Not me-Don't like feeling like I need to fight to get a doll or game or whatever. Some people treat Black Friday sales like they are contact sports.

NEVER! I can't stand all the crowds and fighting this time of year! I do all my shopping on-line these days. I just can't waste another hour of my day just trying to get out of the parking lot!!

I am doing all of my shopping for my friends and family who are out of town so I can buy at sale prices and get them in the mail in plenty of time to get to their destinations.

Probably not ... I guess I might though. Lol... who knows. It depends on what mood I'm in on Friday, I guess. I'll be working though so I won't get to be included in the fun :(
