I guess YOU'RE the idiot who will ask it. And I guess it wouldn't be THAT idiotic a question to you, since YOU just said it actually happens.

So let's see. If (according to you) they really DO run up the score and the person was simply asking WHY they do it, how idiotic a question is that really? They would just be asking why NE does something that most teams don't do.

SO since YOU asked they question....and YOU say it's true.........and YOU think yourself and others to be idiotic for asking it.....why not provide some enlightenment for everyone with your answer as to why it happens?

between the situations you reported Chicago's 2 final TD have been protective. Jacksonville scored the final 3 TD with the 2nd or third stringers; e.g Quinn gray, Greg Jones . Tampa Bay took out Graham and placed Pittman and Bennett interior the 2nd 0.5. San Diego took out LT and Rivers and "run up the score" with Volek and Darren Sproles. None of them went for it on 4th down regardless of winning 40 5-7 with 4 minutes left, in straightforward terms so Brady and Moss chase information. against Miami, Bellichick did no longer placed Matt Gutierrez till the two minute warning to kneel three times.

It isn't an idiot to ask that question. I believe that BB is doing it to get say FU to the people that accuse him of being a cheater who may have cheated in the past and so on. He is saying, I am not cheating and I will crush you.

However, asking why is a good question. The more he runs up the score, the more he puts a big red X on TB. Brady will become the target for a cheap shot. Someone will do it, probably get suspended for a game, but secretly a lot of coaches and players will be saying "Thank you" to that player under their breath.

I think you just did, now does that make you the idiot. Patriots will be beaten sometime this year. No team will ever go 16-0. Pats are a great team, but not a fan of their's but i am am a fan of Tom Brady.

Don't worry, though - I really do think that most NFL fans are smart enough to realize that we're just dealing with a great team. I just try to let them drown out the weekly parade of whiners.

yeah..what are the Patriots supposed to do, stop playing?
there's no mercy rule in the NFL so they should play their hardest for the whole game and give it all their effort...they're just trying to win, not rub it in the other team's faces.
