the fuse is not the prob.. you must have a wire damage leading to that fuse which cause it to blow..find the wire and fix it

If you don't find the problem, the fuse will keep blowing. DO NOT put in a larger fuse, this could cause serious damage or a fire. Above answer is a good place to start, cig lighters can be a problem.

That particular fuse you are trying to fix is being shorted out. Sometimes there is another wire touching that fuse line and it is over-loading that fuse. Find out if anything is touching the wire leading to that fuse you are trying to replace.

Because the fuse is not your problem. Whatever is causing the fuse to blow is the problem. If you want to stop blowing fuses you need to find out what that is and fix it.

You have two choices. Choice one is to get the wiring curcuit fixed since it is shorted to ground. The second choice is to jam a paper clip into the slot and watch as your car catches on fire and burns to the ground. Have a nice day!

Cigar lighters are famous for shorting out internally.
Unhook the wire at the back of it and try it.
Should fix your problem.
