You have to wait til he moves out. If you both own the house then legally neither of you HAS to move out. If you want him gone then make him miserable enough to want to leave.

If he is legally your husband I can't see how you can evict him. You need to agree on a date together and make it mutual when for him to move out. Or you can pack up and leave anytime you choose.

sounds like he's just telling you that to get a rise, if not a change out of you.

if you are wanting the separating as well, i'd suggest looking it rentals for him, pay the depost and first month's rent, help him pack up his stuff, and send him off to his new place.

Then make the decision for him and throw him out.

Don't you think that some counseling may help? It's a shame that marriages are just tossed aside these days.

That sucks..Tell him since he knows he wants to move out he needs to be gone and you don't need him waiting around till it's convienent for him to move out. If he wants to leave he wants to leave and he's just waiting to make it easier on himself. What a jerk

I don't really understand the real question here, but I would tell him to start packing the second he told me he wanted to leave.

Help him decide.. Have his clothes piled up outside when he gets home. Tell him that you might want him to move back but you don't know when...

You could help him make up his mind a little faster - does today or tomorrow work for you?

tell him you don't know how long you want to live with someone who doesn't want you so he better figure it out right quick or you'll kick him out.
