Which MBA is better? One from Rutgers Business School (Rutgers) or Lubin Business Schol (Pace)?

I have been accepted to both and going to go part-time, want to know which one I should accept, thanks!

Depends on your concentration and what you want to do afterward. Check the activity of any alumni associations--they are one of the best benefits of an MBA program. Also, check on internships and what companies the program works with--also important. All other things being equal, Rutgers probably has more rigorous academics, but Pace has the advantage of being in the City (good if you are working part-time or to take advantage of being near more companies).
