If you want an X name, use an actual X name. LOL
I'd have to stick with Xenon or Xanders out of these. Xanthos is okay, though a bit out-there for most people's taste, but Xanthus or Xantheus aren't masculine forms I'm familiar with (though I do love Xanthe, Xanthea or Xanthia for a girl). Likewise, simply changing the beginning letter of an already-common or even overused name to an X -- or adding one onto an already-existing name -- does NOT make it seem any less common. You still basically have Zachary, Zaiden/Zayden and Adrian there, for example, only now they have odd, unfamiliar spellings. But no one will think them any less common.
Perhaps Xerxes would appeal?

Why the fascination with the letter X? Xachary looks completely ridiculous... as do most of these names. I understand you wanting to be unique, but think of the child with a name like this.... they will be ridiculed for years to come.

I think that the ones I like the most are:
Xaiden, Xenon and Xachary.
Have you considered Xion, pronounced like Zion?

I don't like any of them. If you're naming a baby, just remember this child will be pronouncing his name over and over again as well as spelling it for everyone.
