I would have to say Belichick is the best coach to ever coach the game of football for the following reasons:
1) He benched Drew Bledsoe in favor of putting in Tom Brady when most people thought it was not the right idea.
2) He never stops looking for ways to improve the team mentality amongst the players.
3) He never allows his players to think beyond the upcoming game.
4) He is always scouting out talent that will improve the team
5) Even when the defense was banged up, this coach, when using his backups, had already instilled in them the team mentality and that's why they hardly skipped a beat and kept winning.
6) Even when some of the offensive and defensive coaches were lost, Belichich still seemed to get those coaches that learned how to make a team thing with the team mentality.
7) He always finds something to show his players that they can improve upon
As far as Brady being the best quarterback, I would have to say yes as well
1) He is great under pressure
2) He has a great sense of the pressure when he's in the pocket and considering he's not a runner like Michael Vick, he is definitely a way better quarterback
3) He expects perfection out of himself and even gets mad when the simplest of errors are made on offense.
4) He knows how to spread the ball around and doesn't have a favorite target
5) His mentality is to win games and that is his mindset--to win and to win with the best available assets he has
6) He has great field vision
7) True, you need great players to put up the numbers Brady has, however, he'd be great on any team.
8) Brady has won with much less talent than what they have now. He already has three Superbowl rings and is headed for at least another two to three (at least).
Let's face it, any quarterback from any era, if they didn't have protection, they would get sacked and pressured all the time. Look, I'm a Bears fan and I just love the game of football. I'm 47 years old and I've seen some great quarterbacks but none seem to have the generalmanship of Brady on the field.
The other thing I am tired of is how people keep talking of how Belichick is a cheater. He is not a cheater and is a genius at knowing how to bring his team together and bring out the best in all this team.
Do I wish Belichick were the head coach of the Bears? Yessssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lovie Smith is a great head coach, however; he tends to stick with the wrong players way to long and that is his downfall. Belichick knows when to bring in the players that will fill the bill.

Yes and yes. Bill Belichick proves that the most important thing do do when building a franchise is to hire a great coach. You don't have to look any farther than San Diego for proof of that. Granted Marty Scottenheimer was not that good of a coach, but the Chargers were a great team last year, probably better than the Colts. They still have Rivers at QB, who went to the pro bowl last year. Tomlinson, one of the best RB's in the game. As well as a great defense. New coach Norv Turner has turned that team into sh*t stew.

I see nothing wrong with belichek, I think other coaches do the same thing, the only way it caught up to Bill-is the turncoat loser that had been on Bills Staff turning him in. I dont believe for one minute that Bill would go unemployed for a season....everybody wants him to coach their team and only a jealous hypocrite would deny that.
Brady may or may not be the best QB ever, but he is a very talented, good one and currently one of the most dangerous in the league.

I don't Belichek is best coach in football. He is good, but not the best ever. There are too many coaches in HOF way better than Bill & same for Brady, he is far from the best ever. He doesn't compare to a Joe Montana at all. Then there is Elway, Favre, Marino, just to name a few.

If they win another couple Super Bowls, yes...They have 3...Joe Montana is still the best QB ever with 4...and Vince Lombardi had a few championships before the Super Bowl era...and then the first 2 Super Bowls...
But, yes...I think it will happen that Belichick will have to be considered the best coach of all time and Brady will be the best QB of all time...

If you go by the theory that talented players make a great coach, then yes. Because Patriots* coach Bill Belichick has had incredible luck in getting great talent on his team, he could be regarded as one of the best of all time while with the New England Patriots*.
Brady is clearly the best Q to ever play for the New England Patriots*. It would be tough to weigh him against the best in history with other franchises. But as for the Patriots*, yes, he is the best they've ever had.

Props to James!
Best ever...I dunno, but I do know they were comparing him to Montana 3-4 years ago when he didn't have Moss, Welker or Stallworth...he had Troy Brown and Jabar Gafney lol....so we'll see...I would have to give him more time.
Belicheck ont he other hand I believe may be the best coach ever...he's certinally the most defiant...but best because in today's NFL the game is supposed to get harder the more you win...you are penalized by having worse draft picks and a more difficult schedule (theoretically) but Billy B has found a way to keep winning and winning....Just look at our fourth round pick this year...Randy Moss....RANDY MOSS!?!? the guy everyone said was done, washed up and didn't want to play anymore...yea, that's right the same Moss that had 4 touchdowns in the FIRST half last night :-) Just wait till we get San Francisco's lame *** first round pick the next draft...case closed.

Here we go with the stupid questions.
Best coach ever? Never. There are alot of other coaches better than him.
Brady Best QB? Not yet. Let's see how he'll be under pressure and the game on the line. I'll take in no paticular order: Favre, Elway or Montana.
