The Bala Sharks will each reach about a foot in length, and they are schooling fish, so you should really keep at least 5 of them... A 100 gallon tank is really pushing it because they are such active swimmers, but I'm sure you could pull it off... Koi will reach 2 feet, need colder water than the Bala Sharks, and really, need nothing short of a pond. If you want other cool fish for your tank, consider a shoal of Clown Loaches (3-5), a school of Longfinned Rosy or Golden Barbs, and some larger Tetras like Congo Tetras (7-15). If you keep them well fed, sharks are ussually calm enough to be petted. This stands for all shark species including the great white. If however, you forgot to feed them, the sharks will simply tear apart the koi.

HiBrandann, not recommended at all-both types of fish should be in separate tanks.
