Usually when you purchase something online they give you 2 option
Billing Address
Shipping Address.
If you want the receipt to come to you, you fill out your address in the billing address section
If you are mailing the package to some else, you put their address in the shipping address section.

with exception of the bill no not usually but it is up to the web site normally they will add you to a mailing list.
