Look for an album featuring a French Cavaille-Coll organ - they were monsters. Alternatively, in the UK, there are several on various labels featuring the Royal Albert Hall Organ. .
Regent Records have recently issued one featuring the newly restored organ at Birmingham City Hall, Hyperion Records (www.hyperion-records.co.uk) have a whole series called 'Organ Fireworks' which includes monsters from many parts of the world.

See the site of the THE WANAMAKER GRAND ORGAN now at MACY'S in Philadelphia PA. This is the worlds largest working pipe organ. The instrument has more than 28,500 pipes. Commanding these huge resources is a massive console with six ivory keyboards and 729 color-coded stop tablets. There are 168 piston buttons under the keyboards and 42 foot controls. The console weighs 2.5 tons; the entire instrument weighs 287 tons.

You might look into the recordings made by Virgil Fox. His style usually fell into the "monster" category.
