I would like to know if I can claim depression anxiity and PTSD for workplace violence and bullying and get disabitiy?
What steps do I need to take?

No, you can't get disabilty but you can sue your employer and those employees involved and live happily ever after off that pile of money.

Sorry, no dice. Your only recourse is Workers' Compensation since you are in the course of your employment while experiencing these symptoms. Most states have specific exclusions in their statutes for depression and anxiety - California being one of the rare states that permits a claim for this. PTSD is viewed with extreme skepticism by most medical professionals for workplace injuries. For every doc that says you have it, the insurance company will find 10 that will say you don't have it. Have you actually been physically assaulted by a co-worker? If so, you can claim a physical injury. If you are getting only verbal assaults, address this with your immediate Supervisor and see a labor attorney if this isn't addressed in a timely manner by your employer.

You are going to claim that getting kicked caused all this? I think that it would be very hard to prove that. Sound like all you want is a free ride.
