Does InstantCast really gets you parts in real movies and tv shows?

Is it a good place to start your acting career?Could someone look it up and tell me if its real?

Ask for and get a list of their clients and see if you recognize anyone. If you don't, then they obviously are not fulfilling their end. If you do see actors you know, then they do fulfill their end. If they will not give you a 'current' list of their clients, then I would avoid them. ;) good luck
The best way to start an acting career is to start acting. That means plays, plays, plays! You'll never get noticed by anyone if you don't act in SOMETHING that you can put on a resume.
