98.6 is the normal fahrenheit temperature. Anything above 100 is a sign of illness. There are still other ways to know if you're sick. You may have abnormal bowel movements, abnormal sweating, skin discoloration, blurred vision, stuffy nose, odd colored mucus, and dozens of other possible symptoms of illness.
