It's true. Every time you move, even just a little bit, dead skin cells flake off and either land on the area around you or get caught in the air and land somewhere else over time.

yes it is true but if you have animals or a dryer in the house that could be most of it,. change the central air and heat filter on a regular basis give your cat or dog a good grooming that will help use a vacume if you have carpet us your duster in all the corners ok looking for best answer here hahahahahhahaahhaha but seriously i hope this helped
