human spit works. i know it sounds gross. Ive been swimming for eight years competivly(4K to 6K a day 6 days a week) and spitting works becasue it keeps the steam out and doesn't hurt your eyes. Also when you pull your googles up onto your head when your resting the heat coming fro myour head fogs them up.

Well, nowadays, goggles are made with some antyfog inside them,to keep them in good shape, you should never thro them or drop them, after you swim im chlorine, you should rinse them in water with no chemicals in it. You should always put your goggles back in there case after you use them because if not the will get scratched in your bag. If your goggles are to tight and wont get any looser, you should get some new ones, i would recomend good, expencive goggles that will last you a long time and that come with extra nose peices, so you can keep them for a long time. Also, you should rinse them in the water so that they stick to your face , spitting works becasue it keeps the steam out and doesn't hurt your eyes, when you pull your googles onto your head, the heat will make fog. If your goggles leak, you should put them on before you put your cap on,so they dont blow off when you dive in.

HOPE THIS HELPED!!

Before I put my goggles on, I dunk them in the water. It helps them stick to your face and prevents fogginess.

I also have a Roman nose. I've found that Speedo Vanquishers work really well for this kind of nose because they have different size nose strips so they don't leave a red line. They are also fog-proof.

Before you start to swim either spit in your goggles or put them in water but you should also do the same thing after you swim it helps protect the goggles from water getting in and from your goggles getting foggy from the steam.

make sure all of your make up is off before you wear them. Eye make up has ruined countless of my goggles. i don't know if you are talking scuba or swim team, but I included a link to the best goggles I have ever used for swim team. And a anti fog formula.

first of all, if your goggles fog up, then after u use them u should dry them off. this will also help them last longer. i would reccomend using a goggle defogger that can be found at and swimming type store. for your nose problem, i would cut of your straps and put on new bunjee straps. i have them and they are SUPER easy to adjust.

A mask is definitely for snorkeling or scuba diving. the least complicated place for water to slip in is thru your nostril, extraordinarily once you're respiration with the aid of your reg or snorkel. once you're merely swimming, there is not any reason to placed on a mask till you stumble on goggles uncomfortable.

this may sound weird, but spitting in your goggles and rubbing them around, before getting in the water helps with the fogging problem.

you can get new google straps, from walmart, target, or sports authority. for the google fogging problem, this is gonna sound crazy, but put toothpaste in you googles, let it sit for a few minutes and then wash it out, but don't scrub. i don't know why it works, but it does.
