Vitamin C (Orange Juice is probably what you already have), Chicken soup, and any good antioxidants you may have available. For the short term, taking a hot shower/bath or steaming your face can help loosen your sinuses and get some stuff out... but you'll probably hack up more and blow your nose more (which helps to clear it out). Also, make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest. Good luck!

Vitamin C, 120oz water/day, Hot bath, Hot antioxidant tea, no caffeine. If you don't have a fever try giving yourself one. Let me explain. You get a fever naturally to fight infection, right?! Well if you are feeling bad and you have time or can sleep hot. Get under a lot of covers bring a big glass of hot tea and sweat out the infection. Sweating is a way of detoxing the body. During this time of feeling bad try to avoid cold drinks or cold weather. The body is fight hard enough as it is to rid it self of the infection....so pushing the body any further to heat it self back up isn't going to help. I hope you get to feeling better and good luck.

Drink lots of water, sleep and avoid all Dairy products which cause an increase in phlegm

Oh and it's not just an old wives tale that chicken noodle soup is good to fight a cold.

gargle with some warm salt water for the sore throat. Also, if you are going to use something like vicks or methalatum, trying rubbing it on the bottom of your feet also... specifically the tips of your toes - left foot... it's a reflexology thing...
~good luck and feel better.
