Actually, both straight up and on pie are good. First a nice big scoop on the pie, then a second spoonful straight up before heading off to eat the pie. Kind of like whipping cream with a whipping cream / pie chaser.

I like it both ways, because I like pumpkin pie and I love cool whip! But I think it being a holiday probably on the pie :) Happy thanksgiving!

I don't like pumpkin pie...so definitely straight out of the container...and it has to be the homemade kind...of course!!! hehe My sweetheart NIFfickle♥™ is the BEST at making it from scratch...it is SO incredibly YUMMY!!! =D
