Probably not. Now that you are divorced he is free to spend time with whomever he wants. The only way you might be able to get around it is supervised visitation based on any activities he might be involved in (drunk driving, drug use etc). You have no control over him otherwise. I know it sucks. You can also hope that he's too busy with his fling of the week that he doesn't even pick the baby up. It happens.

You can ask, but it won't happen. As long as he is not putting the child in danger, he can do as he likes. He can even drop the child off at his fling of the week and you can't stop him. He's the child father and as long as he has joint custody he can do what he likes, as long as the child is not put in harms way.

No, the same way your ex can't control who you bring around the children, you can't control who he has around them.
The only way that you could do this is to have a great amount of PROOF that she is harming your baby.
That is spiteful.
Advice- don't be a crazy ex, there are already enough of them running around out there. Work together for the sake of your child- it only effects the children in the end anyway.

Yes he can if you can prove that anything that he or the other person is doing would be inappropriate. I had a judge put this ruling on me and my exhusband that while one had the kids we were the only ones to be around them as far asd girlfriend or boyfriend because it would cause a child to be confused. So just mention it to the judge and im pretty sure he will listen.

In a "perfect" world visitation is between the child and the non-custodial parent, PERIOD. You can talk with your lawyer on this issue but you don't have the right to determine who/how/where/when your ex dates someone else.

umm no if it his time then he can have HIS CHILD around who he wants. you need to get over it and move on
unless of course the new fling is a danger to both of your child's health safety etc ..

You should talk to your atty. about it. I would say the judge doesn't have the right no more than if you started seeing someone new your ex could say anything about that.
The exceptions are if you can prove prior convictions, they had their kids taken something like that.
Hope this helps

on the court order (Order After Hearing) it will state that the visitational parent will have the child (ren) with them during his visitational period. who else is with the child, is none of your business unless he brings people that are a danger to the child.
