I loved Abba Zabba and Looks way back then. I would make my jaw sore from all that chewing. Oh, they were soooo good

EDIT: a Look candy bar was a Big Hunk covered in chocolate. I liked the Big Hunk but there is something to be said about chocolate!.

I grew up liking Clark candy bars because Clark was my dad's stage name. Then I switched to Mars candy bars, then Big Hunk and Walnettos when I was in high school. Now I occasionally eat a Snickers bar, but love Lindt's Dark Chocolate Truffles, but only when they are fresh so the insides are creamy. That is getting increasingly hard to find so I may have to find something else. Oh, I also love gummy bears!

Still love Big Hunk and Abba Zabba (when I can find them!)- Do you remember a candy bar called (I Think) 7-up it had seven squares and each had a different filling (like real chocolates) so it was like 7 different bars. I also still love Cup-O-Gold and Big Cherry (a giant chocolate with cherry cream filling)- Wally I refuse to say my favorite is Double Bubble gum. Also-I refuse to acknowledge any possible inuendos to the Big Hunk either!! Oh Oh thanks Doxie-I forgot all about Look-

My favorite candy as a kid was the penny candy you could buy that was the real soft sweet tasting red lipstick candy. I loved that stuff! I have seen it in stores bagged in a multi pack, but it is not the same as back then.My dad would take us to the GC Murphy dimestore on Friday nights, and we could always pick out a candy ehind the glass cases to buy. They had a scale to weigh it up. I remember my Dad always came home with sugar coated orange slices. I think one time, I gave up my weekly candy for a bottle of that Evening in Paris perfume. I love the blue bottle! The good ol days.

For chewy candy it was Baby Ruth, Clark Bars, Big Hunk, and my favorite of all Abba Zabba.
For longer lasting flavor it was Charms, either the lollipop or the wrapped squares.

I loved 'Clove' gum and we'd take the C off the paper and have the word 'love' left, we thought that was so neat. Teaberry was tasty too.
I liked Milkshake candy bars, but I never see them anymore. I also liked Mars, Bit-O-Honey and Heath bars. I just bought some Heath bars today.
