I always do care. I know that we are all going to die someday but we have that self responsibility to take good care of ourselves and live the life to the fullest healthwise.

Yes, but I feel that I can't deprive myself either. Food is a pleasure in life. I don't buy any unhealthy food for around the house but if I dine out you can bet I'm having a piece of cheesecake.
