Very interesting question. I was going to say it's a her, but still not sure. It's been very reliable as are most women. It doesn't breakdown, but what women do you know that don't breakdown at some point? It also has a 4 cylinder so it has no balls, which is a point for the "her" side of the argument.
On the other hand it has a lot of power and can haul a great deal of weight- 2 points for the "him" side.
But, since I've been calling it an it in this answer, I'm going with- "It's an it".

My truck's name is "Junior", and is a "him".
My wife's car is named "Brutus" because it's red and gray, and named after the Ohio State mascot.
So I guess they're both male. Interesting.
