I want to know how can I get hired at Red Lobster? What do I need to do. I already took the test, and the Manager set up an Interview. It's today, I feel confident but does anyone have any pointers?

Dress nicely, wear a shirt and tie, clean clothes, clean hair, clean clean clean. Pay special attention to your hands.
When you're talking to him, sit up straight in the chair, and look him in the eye. Smile, but not a big artificial grin. Say Yes Sir...no slang. Thank him and shake hands when you're through.
Don't touch your hair or your face while you're there. Remember you'll be serving food, so you want to display the best cleanliness an hygiene habits possible.
You never have a second chance to make a first impression. Corny but true.

I like Olive Garden better then Red Lobster.

Relax, answer only what is asked. Do not ramble. Be early! Dress appropriately, smile, be polite, ask for the job at the end of the interview. Think positive. Showcase your positive aspects explain why you would be a good addition to the staff - be knowledgeable about the products and services offered

My formula for getting a job is: Whe you go to the interview BE CONFIDENT! Don't be cocky, but look the interviewer in the eye. Be ready to answer questions such as: Tell me about yourself, or why do you think I should hire you? This has worked every time for me. Good Luck! Also speak clearly and loud enough for them to hear you.
