In Antony & Cleopatra, who is skeptical of Antony & Octavias marriage?

After Agreippas solution to insure a longer lasting peace between Caesar and Antony, who is skeptical of it and why? Help, this is for a class and the old English is a bit difficult for me. Thanks!!
