Do you respond to them by adding "additional comments"? I see so many people that do this and I think its so ridiculous. I mean, these people want a reaction from you and you are giving them what they want.
Same goes for harassing, mean spirited emails. I don't respond, I just report them and go about my day.

OMG, i know! i do no longer understand why human beings answer to be rude, I mean in case you do no longer know the respond or shelter the question, don't be a douche, discover something extra applicable to do than to waste time being unhelpful and insulting.

I always write something back. But never a negative thing. Usually I pull the reverse psychology thingy on them.

I have yet to get an evil email. I wouldn't respond either. I also ignor stupid answers to my questions or any other kind of evil that lurks out there.

i don't "counter act" a negative response with negativity. I just assume that they did not understand what i was asking and elaborate for them... if they are giving out rude responses, they may just be incapable of generating enough of a thought process to intelligently answer my question.... you don't know...
