This lasted for about 5 hours. What are they doing during this time. Does anyone know what that is all about. After I got back on at 3pm I was interrupted again with loss of access. Does anyone know about this ?

I noticed that too...it was annoying because I am trying to reach level 3. So I have been online answering questions almost every day and Sunday I missed out on gaining points.

They offered somewhere a perfectly reasonable explanation which I read and promptly forgot. They even said when they'd be back on. I made a note of it, and sure enough, right about the time they said they'd be back, they were. Anyway, they had a reason for being off. I mean, they're not govt. workers, for chrissake!

I think that Yahoo was performing upgrades to Answers.
