Not sure how you are pronouncing it, as lana with and "ah" sound like lahnah or as lannah (hard to describe pronunciations on-line!!
Either way it's a pretty name.

I quite like Alannah (lovely meaning and association as well, by the way), but wouldn't use simply Lannah on its own.

Very pretty.
Lannah - l(an)-nah - is a variant of Alana.
Alana is the feminine form of ALAN.
Alan means possibly either "little rock" or "handsome".

Lady Ginnovina Camora Ginselle-Arvwire
Lady Junnavene Babylonia Merlinn
Lorde Foxshire Fremont Galloway
Lorde Dorthox Drew Gestaville
Lorde Flinnagan Mazstar Garlingdon

Lannah is very pretty and you could call her Lana for short.

I think I like it. I can't decide if it rhymes with "Hannah", though, or if it's an elaboration of Lana. It sounds nice either way, but it kind of makes me think of some ghetto style names, like LaHannah shortened down. I've never been huge on the name Lana; it looks like a nickname to me.If it is a legitimate name, not a "created" name, I like it.
