The second law of thermodynamics says that on average, the amount of disorder in the universe is always increasing, which means the amount of order we see is unlikely (for example, eggs can break, but can't unbreak).
Consider that if spacetime is infinite, with all the disorder, do you think the possibility (emphasis on the word possibility) exists that you and I pop into existence by chance - only for a brief moment - complete with a package of memories and history... and even Y! Answers?

What's your take?

Well, it's not my theory, but although harder to swallow, this explanation of things is far less complex than the prevailing theories, which have yet to fully explain the whys & hows of human experience. A person applying Ockham's Razor should favor this theory. The evidence to support it would be the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. Proof would seem to be a paradoxical finding, but it's not. Say it were proven -- then it would be only by the mere fact that we are popping in & out of existence that would make us question whether or not we pop in & out of existence.

Brotherali: You're thinking of the first law of thermodynamics or the law of conservation of energy. The second law of thermodynamics states that in an isolated system, a process can occur only if it increases the total entropy (disorder) of the system and/or that heat cannot of itself pass from a colder to a hotter body.

Absolutely. I'm no physicist but i've read that in some particle theories it is possible for a partical to instantaniously appear than reappear in another part of the universe at another point in time. which means a particle can be in my time floating right next to me and suddenly transport itself millions of lightyears away 1,000,000 in the past and then suddenly reappear where it was before it left.

Compared to how old everything is, yes we are only here for a brief time. Think about, the falling stars you see actually happened hundreds of years ago, before our grandparents were even thought of. How long were those 'stars' around before they burned out?

Whoa! That's too much for me to take in, but I think I can see what you are saying. I'm thinking this actually happens when we drift off to sleep. Perhaps we pop out of existence while we sleep, and enter some other dimension. And when we think we are dreaming in fact is that we are in existence in another world/dimension.

all issues are achieveable God can pop the earth, guy, and universe into existence without evolution - we've shown quantum mechanics, your god continues to be in basic terms n your mind's eye.

Even when facing entropy, I believe Occum's Razor is a great guideline. Your theory is too complicated and lacks any proof, so I'm not inclined to believe it.

I believe its possible, but I dont have enough background in the theory to give it a thorough response.

I've exist for 22 years. I can't just pop into existence, disappear and pops out again. I grew up, can't do that when you keeps popping out and off.
