No it isn't and it should not make one bit of difference
I sincerely get irritated by double standards. It is OK for a man not to be a virgin and it is not for a woman.

It's a pretty big deal in the Christian community. Personally, not for me. I want to try the shoes on before buying. I'm glad my first time, as a teenager, was with someone who had experience. I was a lot more comfortable and I did pretty well. She was surprised to find out it was my first time. I have been with women who have had little experience and it's not much fun. I had rather tighten up a loose women. But that's just me.

Ones virginity is personal. Saving it for the person you are to be married with is a very deep expression to the other person you are marrying.

It may be important to a few people but it isn't something many people feel is all that important in today's world. As long as you stay faithful after your married what diff does it really make?
