i would say no, as "all" the Bible writers are a small group, and you can find an easy 1000 people from diverse walks of life who agree on a topic

I think it is safe to say that at least some if not all of the Old Testament bible writers had no idea about Jesus or when exactly he would be born. Some or all of the New Testament writers claimed that Jesus was God. I'm not sure you could claim this is some sort of consistent record since Moses didn't write about Jesus specifically, claiming the son of God is God and that he is part of a third part of God and that the son of God is the only way to the whole parts of God and that Christianity makes no sense at all.

Scientists at least admit that they might have no idea what they are talking about. Religions claim to know everything and spew nonsense.

You said it. To seek wisdom, sometimes we have to defy the old ways. Religions refuse to accept such a view.
