Chevy and Ford have different lug patterns.

There are adapter plates available that will match the different lug patterns between Ford and Chevy. I am not a big fan of these plates, and would rather have the correct pattern wheels on my car or truck.

Could you sell the rims to someone and purchase another set with the right lug pattern? I think that you'll be happier in the long run.

Some chevy and ford rims are compatible with no
problems maybe you have the same lug pattern..

You can get bolt patern adapters off Ebay. Get your bolt patern,and the bolt pattern for the wheels. Go to Ebat.com,and enter the patterns.Here's an example, enter 5x4.75 to 5x4.5 adapters. Just use your patterns.I have a set of adapters on my s10. You can get them in different widths if you want the rears abit widder than the front.

converter. u can get them at auto parts stores just check around and ask.
why not just buy a new wheels than go thur the trouble. and in long run more headache and despair, trouble, not to mention wheels coming off and killing you and all inside.
