I have great neighbors so I can't empathize but as a Realtor I will warn you to resolve the boundary dispute sooner than later because if you let too much time go by the neighbor can claim your property as his own through some thing known as adverse possession

um i would have to say cats, my neighbor has anywhere from 8-15 cats at any given time. village only allows 3 cats to be registered per household, but she however has many more & keeps feeding strays. in the last yr 2 female cats have had 2 litters, so just imagine. i wake up to cat fights or mating (whatever) at 3 in the a.m. and to top it off their is cat **** all over my yard. So it just makes for pleasant smell and sounds at any time of the day.
FYI: i called the village last week & they set up a trap & i actually caught one of the adult females. I hope this is the start of a new trend, because it has become a public nuisance.

Let's just say the cops knew who I was and where I was! They frequently called the police on my children, many times when my kids were out of town, and the police would come and check my house for them! Thankfully, when they were out of town, I was able to have the police call a land line to speak with them and verify that they were gone. These neighbors did not like children at all, even her own, and told my then 10 y/o ds that she would see him 6 feet under, she wished he would die, all sorts of mean stuff. But would back down completely when I confronted her--not nicely confront her, either.
I have never been so glad to be rid of those neighbors!

I live on a farm which borders a street with say 15 houses and some of these neighbour think they can walk over our property to pick walnuts and fruit off the fruit trees or let their rabbits free in the paddocks, or their kids run around in the paddocks because the previous owner used to let them and we have told them not to as this is now our farm but they just laugh and say don't worry you wont notice us.....

In my last apt, one occupant across from me
-regularly put her trash bags by the front door because she was too lazy to walk to dumpster
-left her kids pool toys in the shared courtyard
-kids’ friend threw firecrackers at my building
-had the cops called on multiple occasions to settle visitation/custody issues
-has the loudest f---ing relatives ever and stood outside talking to them or YELLING into her cell phone as late as 11 pm
-blocked the side walk that provides access to the parking lot so that her kid didn’t have to walk an extra 10 feet to the car, which left me to walk in snow and ice to get around her stupid @ss

lots of bad problems, but sitting in our own yard and having the neighbor girls threw dog **** over the fence was a good one.
The mother denied it.
