Do they ever stop to think that some of the biggest and most wealthy slave owners were black. That in many states, Black slave owners accounted for almost 30% of the total slave owners for that state. In South Carolina between 1822 and the mid-1840s a man named Ellison became one of South Carolina's major cotton gin manufacturers, he himself was a Slave owner who owned slaves in the hundreds? Do blacks who complain about slavery and reparations ever stop to think about these black slave owners and wether their descendants should pay for reparations too? Do they ever stop and think instead of complaining about the black men who enslaved them?

To answer your question(s).. no, no and no.

Also, blacks don't seem to remember the American Indians. If anyone deserves anything, it is the Indians first. Secondly, many "whites" were not rich slave owners either, but poor. (ironically, in a few rare cases, some blacks were even slave owners). It was a RICH or POOR society, a middle class barely existed, something that is happening today, due to the oil and the Bush Admin.. Many people (mostly white) who can trace their roots often find out that their ancestors were immigrants and rarely from a wealthy community, only to find themselves in poor conditions in the USA anyhow.

Regardless of who enslaved who it is still a major factor in the way our country oporates today.Did you know there was white slaves what you are saying is right but it is also besides the point.Do people ever stop to think that this is why some blacks act the way they do today , when many people of all races were forced into a situation and now all of there decendents live in a country they know nothing about .For people who had families in slavery it caused a gap in their familes for most dont know any relative past their grand parents because before that the only ancestor we know was enslaved .The complaining isnt about the race of who enslaved us it is because we are still living descriminent toward black males especially and this country has placed a mind set on the people who were forced to live in this struggle that still continues.Even though there is no slave trade all the training and segragating was teaching both sides worng ways that still live in us today .Back then slaves were taught to be greedy, hateful toward another, envious ,and not to trust anybody so the owner could keep control of his slaves. While on the other hand freed people were told hate slaves that they are lower beings and their kind will always be inferior .So just like I said the race of who is besides the point its the why are we still living under some of these ways and mindframs from slaves to slave owners.

I don't really get your point. Just because some of the slave traders and owners were also black does not make slavery any better. And when people are seeking reparations, they are seeking it from the government, not white people. And honestly, I haven't hard anyone talking about such a thing in a very long time.

Why do people always try to bring up blacks owning slaves or blacks selling their people into slavery but they never bring up anything that has to do with europeans in europe doing the exact same thing for centuries. Is it okay when they do it but its despicable when someone of a different race does it

I have never heard of a black slave owner during the 1850's in America. I think your info is completely untrue. Please provide a source. Blacks were not allowed to own any type of property or possessions. Anything in their possession was technically their slave masters property. So it is impossible that they could have owned plantations.

Im not sure if that statement is true...

though if it's true.. It wouldn't make a difference.

coz that Black slave owner that you said might

be KIND & LOVING to his black slaves...

unlike the white owners
who let the black people starved to death.

Racism towards white people has proven profitable. Thank you Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan.

Provide links because that's interesting. But, I don't complain about slavery. But what you've said is interesting.

I'll be looking forward to those links.
